The Specialist Appraisers Network was started by a group of appraisers who wanted to see Americas top appraisers organized in one place in a way that was searchable and simple to use with out difficult navigation, opaque categorization or just seeing a small percentage of appraisers in an area of specialist field.
It was also frustrating to see so many unqualified people performing “appraisals” who have little or no knowledge of what USPAP is, the people in this site have all worked very hard to learn their trade and execute it in accordance with the highest standards required by the IRS and other relevant organizations.
